Where are you located?

We are based in Salt Lake City, UT. We have local pick up and local delivery options for our SLC customers and shipping Nationwide! Some items due to size are marked as local pick up only. If you are out of state and want to look at freight shipping options please contact us.

If you are looking to buy a large amount of pieces and want to schedule a viewing please reach out to us on instagram or our contact form. 

Can I see and sit on furniture before purchasing it?

Absolutely. Please contact us on instagram @Shop.Nouve to set up a day and time to come see it. 

I have more questions, need more details, need more photos, etc of an item before purchasing what do I do?

We know when making a purchase choice you want to feel confident! If you have any questions or clarifications before purchasing please don't hesitate to DM us @Shop.Nouve

Do you do any discounts for designers?

Yes, we have a trade program and can set up in-person shopping times. Please see our Designer Resource page or message us on Instagram @Shop.Nouve to get more information.

I am unable to check out / having issues with check out

If you are unable to check out it most likely means you have a "Local Pick Up Only" item in your cart while also trying to ship other items. These purchases do need to be placed individually at this time due to our check out system availability.

Do you do returns?

Items are FINAL SALE. If an item happens to arrive broken through transit please contact us and we will help you file a claim with the proper shipping company

Where do you find your items?

Everywhere and anywhere! We like to consider ourselves treasure hunters by profession. Most if not all of our items are found second hand, used, previously owned, estate sales, new (but bought secondhand) or handmade. Items that have any imperfections will have proper photos, video and descriptions explaining any marks. 

We do the digging so you don't have to!

Packaging

We use all recycled materials for all of our packing materials with the rare exception if the item requires specialized packing (this has only happened twice in our business thus far).
